Precautions for Fish Oil

Fish oil offers huge benefits (including new research showing it may help fight off cancer both in vivo and in vitro.) However, there are some precautions that some people may need to consider if they supplement with fish oil. If you are a hemopheliac or have heart disease and are taking some sort of blood thinner, then you should check with their doctor before taking fish oil. However, even my grandfather who is on blood-thinning medications has been recommended to take fish oil because fish oil helps to prevent cardio-vascular disease. The last consideration is if you already possess a compromised immune system or may be sick. If you are, I don’t know that fish oil will help you get better and it might compromise your immune system to fight off infections.

I am the administrator and this is my blog. Althouh fish oil is not directly related to fitness, it is indirectly related as I know many individuals who train hard and of course take their fish oil. Besides this, too much exercise can depress the immune system and this would be contradicatory to taking fish oil. If you feel the need to criticize the content of this blog and to tell people what is relevant to them, take your comments elsewhere or you will be banned. Your rudeness is not appreciated here.

In my opinion you should get your own blog so you can ramble on about whatever you want and stay off of this on unless it’s about fitness!

Is this directed at me because my comment was directed at the guy before me that was trying to make quick money! I think your blog is very informative and insightful. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
